- Is my health data private?
- Yes. We keep the insights, not the file. When you upload a lab report, we read it, pull out the marker names and values — then the original file is deleted. It is never stored on our servers. We never sell your data. No advertisers, no insurers, no employers, no data brokers. Ever. Your data is encrypted and locked to your account, and our AI does not use your health data to train models. - Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Individual and Family are month-to-month. Cancel anytime — you will not be billed for the next month. You keep full access until the end of your billing period, and your data stays untouched unless you choose to delete it.
- What counts as an upload?
- One upload is one file — a PDF or a single photo. A multi-page PDF still counts as one. If you photograph a paper report page by page, each photo counts as its own upload — for multi-page paper, use one PDF (or ask the lab portal for the PDF) when you can.
- Do my parents need their own account?
- No. Your parents don't need an account, an app, or tech skills. You generate an upload link for Mom or Dad's profile from Family profiles, then you send them that link (WhatsApp, text, email — however you usually reach them). They tap, consent, and upload a PDF or photo. The Family plan includes up to 5 profiles.
- What happens after my free upload?
- Your first upload is free — one lifetime upload on the Free plan. Unlimited uploads and full trend history are included with Individual or Family. Your results stay in your account either way — nothing is lost if you don't upgrade right away.
- Which labs do you support?
- Any lab. Quest, LabCorp, hospital labs, or international labs — if it's a lab report, MyVitalSync reads it. PDF or photo, from any lab in any country.
- Can I export or delete my data?
- Yes. Remove a single report anytime — or delete your account and all your data is permanently gone within 30 days. To export your data, email privacy@myvitalsync.app.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. MyVitalSync organizes your lab results so you can understand them. It doesn't diagnose conditions or replace your doctor.
